This in-person gathering blends Kundalini kriyas and breathwork, gentle yoga flow, and a soothing sound bath to help you release what’s no longer serving you.

Suitable for all levels, it’s a relaxed space to reconnect with yourself and align with the lunar energy.

There are only 15 yoga mats available. Best to bring your own just in case.
