It depends on the class.
Many regular group classes welcome drop-ins, while smaller classes, workshops, aerial yoga, sound healing, and special events may require advance registration.
When in doubt, contact the teacher or studio before heading over.

Light, comfortable clothing. Natural fabrics or at least breathable. Leave the spandex leggings at home, trust us.
Popoyo is hot and humid for much of the year, and even slower yoga classes can get sweaty. Breathable clothing is your friend.
And don't forget water (preferably with electrolytes mixed in).
-

Here’s a secret, all yoga is for surfers :)—and your hips will thank you for it.
Yoga can be a great complement to surfing, particularly for mobility, balance, recovery, breath awareness, and opening areas that tend to get tight after spending hours paddling and sitting on a board.
Look for Vinyasa, slow flow, mobility, Yin, restorative, and surf-focused classes on the weekly schedule.
-
Yes. Throughout the year you'll find events such as sound healing, breathwork, meditation, cacao ceremonies, full moon gatherings, workshops, retreats, and other wellness experiences. Soultribe Healing Center is a good place to start looking.
Offerings tend to change throughout the season, so check the site regularly for upcoming events.

Item Yes, but there are usually fewer classes.
Popoyo is seasonal, and some studios, hotels, and teachers reduce their schedules or temporarily close during slower months. That's one of the reasons Popoyo Yoga exists—to make it easier to figure out what's actually happening right now.
